About Physicsway

Physicsway offers free, concise, and easy-to-read notes for introductory college courses. The notes cover algebra-based physics — Physics 1 and Physics 2 — along with the algebra that supports them, and are written to be clear and to the point, with worked examples, figures, and animations.

The site also includes an interactive virtual lab — a simulation of the Newton's second law experiment — and step-by-step Excel tutorials for graphing and data analysis.

Apps

Physicsway also makes iPhone apps for students and families: Grade Star, a grade tracker that works out what you need on the final exam; PageScan, a homework scanner; and Map Star, a spoken US states and capitals quiz. See Apps for all three.
